The
Society offers to its members a variety of Loan Products which are detailed
below. We do not charge a Loan Establishment Fee or Account Keeping Fees
on any of our Loan Products. However, Loans may incur a Property Valuation
Fee and/or Legal Fees for preparation of Documents. Interest on Loans is
calculated daily and added to accounts monthly in arrears.
HOME LOANS

MOTOR VEHICLE LOANS

of Motor Vehicle and secured over that Vehicle

Deferral of Repayments
for up to 3 years (Interest capitalised). After Deferral Period loan is
to be repaid by monthly repayments over a maximum term of 3 years
